- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Sauté the Aromatics
- Add the minced garlic and diced onion to the melted butter.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant and softened.
3. Add the Spices
- Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, paprika, lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and oregano.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the spices to bloom and infuse the butter.
4. Simmer the Sauce
- Add the chicken bouillon cube and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
