Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder to ensure even mixing.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
  5. Alternately add the dry ingredients and pineapple juice, mixing gently.
  6. Stir in the milk, then fold in the crushed pineapple.
