Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder to ensure even mixing.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Alternately add the dry ingredients and pineapple juice, mixing gently.
- Stir in the milk, then fold in the crushed pineapple.
Step 2: Bake the Bread
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

- In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, pineapple juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
