Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • Chicken breast – 1 lb, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Cornstarch or flour – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • Pasta – 8 oz (cavatappi, penne, or your choice)
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 cup, grated
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken Bites

  1. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the chicken with cornstarch or flour to coat evenly.
  3. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, keeping it warm.

2. Cook the Pasta

  1. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Combine Pasta and Sauce

  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

5. Assemble and Serve

  1. Top the creamy pasta with the garlic butter chicken bites.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
