DOUGHNUTS
What a winner! These taste exactly like hot cross buns, I’m so proud of these beauties. I used a mini doughnut maker, you can use a muffin tray which would make a round bake or a doughnut baking tray.
INGREDIENTS:
200g Cake Flour
125g White Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Cup Milk
50g Melted Butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Raisins (optional)
