Custard Recipe is all of above!This smooth four-factor custard is made with can of sweetened condensed milk, water, eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt. this is all. After baking for about an hour and 40 mn (ovens vary, so start checking after an hour & a half), it’s sprinkled with ground nutmeg or ground cinnamon (or a combination of both). You can serving this creamy Amish custard at room temperature or chil. For me, custard should be cold, so I prefer mine cold.
