Cheesy Bacon and Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 100 g hunter sausages, sliced
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.
  3. Prep Toppings: Slice the hunter sausages, grate the cheese, and chop the parsley and green onion.

Assemble the Breakfast Bake

  1. Layer Ingredients: Lay the bread slices at the bottom of a baking dish.
